I’ve used this garage a number of times now and I’m very pleased with the service I have received. The car park problems are not great but the gent explained that it is a work in progress and he was very helpful.

I always take my car here with any issue, MOT and services and it’s always done well, with a good price. A garage you don’t feel like you’re being ripped off by or having any unnecessary repairs on.

5 and 5 and 1/2 hours for the MOT and full service. They took my car to another MOT garage, completed my MOT, returned it, failed my MOT, and then performed service. I wasn't even told about the advisory on my tires, so I could have had work done at the same time. If I had been told that everything could have been done in one visit and my MOT would have reflected that, the required work would have been completed. Overall, it was a Bad experience. I left a review on Google, called me to remove it

Mohammed and the team received my emergency for my flat tyres and went above and beyond to make sure they sourced and fitted new ones within a few hours. Meanwhile, Mohammed was catering to other customers and the words that stood out were "we are here for the community". Driving safely out of the compound fully satisfied and would highly recommend Bridge Autos MK.

My MOT was confirmed for Monday am. I took my car there for 9am and they said I’d have to come back Tuesday at 12pm. Arrived on time only to be told the couldn’t do it due to machine broken I had 2 wasted journeys and booked directly with another garage

Not used a pickup service before. Lee was very professional and courteous. His communication throughout the day was quick and concise. The handover back to me was detailed and at no point did I feel pressured into further commitments. He left me feeling highly confident of the work done and what recommendations should be prioritised.

when I did a comparison of places to get my car serviced BRS came out on top, price, booking ease & a slot that worked for me. Communication was excellent, arrived on time and kept me informed through out the day. Detailed report on what was done and why and all done with a smile. BRS will be doing my service next year

Clays automotive have been my go to garage of choice for several years. They are extremely helpful and in my opinion they don't go looking for problems when doing an MOT. They are always polite and explain any work that is needed after an MOT. I marked "communication" down, but I would say that is the fault of the BookMyGarage website not Clays

The team at MK Car Hub are skilled, kind, funny and keep you in the loop. Sometimes as a woman you can be made to feel intimidated or as if you're going to be taken advantage of price wise, but these gents have never made me feel this way which is really appreciated. They are efficient and always happy to try to fit your car in even if they are chocka. Big thanks to them. Big up!

Friendly and courteous staff made for a pleasant experience at this garage. It's always a little daunting useing a garage that you haven't been to before but this garage puts you at ease.

Noticed I had an issue with my brakes and messaged Southlands that evening. They managed to fit me in the next day and it was ready for collection the day after. They kept me updated on times and costs - great service, thanks guys

I booked an MOT and service, in advance, at the advertised price. On arrival I was told the oil would cost an extra £50. This last-minute price increase felt misleading and significantly more than other garages advertised. The garage itself was in a field-like setting, messy, muddy and very unprofessional in appearance, which only added to my concerns. I refused the work and left. I would not recommend this business.

Dealt with my car MOT and service quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Good value for money I will be happy to use the garage again.
