Honesty is a recurring theme throughout the reviews, with many customers specifically highlighting the absence of unnecessary upselling and the reassurance that only essential work is recommended. A very small number of reviewers mentioned occasional delays or an administrative mix-up that could benefit from tighter scheduling and order-checking processes, though in each case the team handled the situation courteously and resolved it promptly.
