“The woman i spoke to on the phone was very argumentative when she mentioned calling me in the morning and i didn't answer, since i selected an afternoon time for a reason, as i was asleep, she was argumentative on this for some reason, i waited in the reception room, she was there, not one "hello how are you" nothing at all. Acted like I wasn't even there. It's minor, i just find it so weird. THe service was good other than them talking and taking long to release my car to me.. there nearly 2hr”
