I was booked in for an MOT at 11am and left at 2pm. The garage looked poorly run and only after several reminders the work was done. I could say more. I will not use this garage again.

The garage completed my MOT quickly on very short notice. The staff were all incredibly helpful and polite. They helped me fit my new windscreen wipers without any fuss or extra charge. We will use again!

Carlo, the mechanic, arrived a little later than planned because he had to collect parts, but he kept me updated every step of the way before arriving, so the communication was excellent. Once he arrived, he started working on the car straight away and completed the service and checks in under an hour. When everything was finished, he also sent me the invoice with the discount he had promised because I had bought the Peugeot-recommended, Stellantis-approved oil, which isn't easy to find.

Excellent service from Carlo at Mechanic on Wheels! He came out to me to replace the starter motor on my Citroen C4. He was professional, clearly knows his stuff, and got the car back on the road quickly. Highly recommended if you need a reliable mobile mechanic.

Took my car in for a full service and MOT.. great price compared to some of the other places on offer. I knew the car needed new break pads and told the staff, they called me with a price prior to doing any work like they said they would with again a very reasonable price. They did the work to insure passed MOT. Gave great advice on other things that needed doing without any pressure.. really seem to care about their customers. Very friendly and helpful staff.. will be going back in future.

. Really professional, knowledgeable and honest from start to finish. They explained exactly what was wrong with my car and what needed doing without trying to add unnecessary work. The car is running so much better now and the difference is noticeable straight away. Great communication, fair pricing and excellent customer service. It’s hard to find a garage you can genuinely trust, but I’ll definitely be using SJM again and would highly recommend them to anyone having car issues .

Sheraz was extremely helpful and flexible. He gave great advice and completed the brake fluid change super quick with great prices. Will be my go to for looking after my car from now on. Thank you Sheraz!

I booked a major service and MOT with FastFit Autocare Ltd through BookMyGarage and paid £244.99. Following the service, I was advised that only the tyres and wiper blades required attention and was told there were no oil leaks. However, shortly afterwards, the same garage failed the MOT due to excessively worn front suspension arm bushes on both sides, with the vehicle having covered only around 20 miles between the service and MOT. I have only been provided with an invoice and no service check

I am writing this review after 2 months, I had my service on 28th of Feb 2026 and it's now 22nd April 2026. Since this day I have been waiting for my service report, I have called several times but to no avail. Reason why I am particular about this is because I doubt any service was conducted on my car, I paid for a full service but I doubt that was thoroughly conducted. This has been a terrible experience and no one is helping

The work was carried out with no problems and on time. However, I have been charged to my credit card £337.78p. As the quote from you shows £278.99p why was this. It is almost impossible to contact Thurlow Nunn. The do not even have an email address. I eventually got through to one of their offices who said they would contact Luton and get them to call me. They haven't done so yet. The work done was ok but the Customer service is useless. Score 3
