Diagnostic Check in Slough

Excellent overall

I was told the engine oil they put in my car was 5w-30, this oil is to be used as an alternative if 0w-20 isn’t available, I was not informed or contacted about this as my car specifically takes 0w-20 as per manufacturer . Before I made the booking it says ‘specialist oil’ I assumed that they were going to put this in, so was I over charged with the service or what?

I only use Advanced Auto Technic for my mechanical work & MOT’s. I can always rely on their professionalism and attention to detail to provide the best possible outcome for me.

Hassle free and simple process all completed from the comfort of my home. Engineer was great and communication was thorough!

Speedy reliable service. Saved me from getting my hands dirty!

Mr Beqir deserves an award. He pays close attention to detail, explains what needs to be done to make the car last longer, and communicates well. I am very pleased with how he did his job and with his strong communication skills.

Lovely people, great service and very professional. Definitely worth keeping contacting for your peace of mind.

I booked regas for my Car air conditioner and i had quote for 62 pounds and when I went there to the garage i was charged 129£ And after my car was refilled with gas they found a leak from condenser. Total , i paid 129£ ,paid the double and didn't get the gas . 129£ thrown in the bin or should i say to C&G Autos's pocket. Bookmygarage should look into it and i should get my half of the money refunded as i was told 62 pounds that is why booked it but ended up paying double the money.

Great guys and amazingly helpful. Quickly resolved an issue with the DVLA system and sorted my MOT. Tucked away in Chalvey and well worth looking out. Highly recommended. A busy little garage and clearly with good reason!

The experience was great.but it took 3 hours to complete which was a bit annoying.

Excellent service..rang and checked for any extras..very courteous and friendly..

I can’t review it because my appointment was cancelled

The work was done quickly, the garage made sure to contact me regarding the additional work flagged up by the diagnostic and in turn that didn't take long. Additionally I was walked through what was necessary and all-in-all it was fine.

Best service with great staff.

Great service, good value for money Bob and his team always helpful and willing to assist.

Best service ever

I needed an MOT on the day, I called, they said to bring it down. Completed my MOT while I waited. It was a great wait but i was appreciative that they could compete it for me, especially as my MOT had ran out. Great staff and very helpful. I’ve used you before and you were the exact same. Thank you.

Good, friendly service, Fast Diagnostics, and going the extra mile to get the car to standard the same day, even with my late communication. Will go back again.

I have used Mustafa at Prestige Cars Berkshire three times now, the first two jobs were wheel bearings and he did both jobs quickly and efficiently at the price agreed and kept me updated with photos and videos. The third time was to find a fault that two other mechanics hadn't been able to diagnose. By carrying out the correct testing Mustafa was able to identify the problem immediately and not only that he managed to fix it within two hours! I will only be using Mustafa from now on.

Absolutely we recommend this garage as we went to several different garages but they didn’t know the problem after we found this place we never go to another. Good job guys.

this garage was very helpful to fix my car in very good price and high quality job . Thanks guys

Very happy with the workmanship and service I received.

Had the EML displayed on my dash and had a few different mechanics look at it. Finally came here and they’ve managed to nail it first time. It’s been 2 weeks and the light hasn’t come back. Glad the issue was sorted quickly. Thanks

Yes

I would highly recommend these guys .. thanks again :)

I had a great experience with this garage. They replaced my car’s timing chain, and the work was done professionally and on time. The team was very skilled, explained everything clearly, and took good care of my car throughout the process. I’m really satisfied with the quality of work and their honest approach. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable and professional car repair services.
