“Quality job, just allow extra time”

Booked CJS Automotive for a wheel alignment. The work itself was done properly – they adjusted the tracking and the car now drives straight and feels much better. However, the timing wasn’t great. I was originally told it would take around 2 hours, but when I checked at 11 it hadn’t even been started. I was then called at 12:30 to say it was ready, so it seems like the job was pushed back and completed later than expected. No issues with the quality of the work, but better communication on time
