Paid for a full service only recieved a health check,no enginers report or video recieved when i picked the car up,also sevice light not turned off.Don,t have them on your website if they are not willing to full fill the service.It was quoted £249 for a full service they tried to charge me £268 .which i do not acept then agreed to 249.I only got a oil change for £249 i will nit use your site again it is false prices and sending a report to vw uk.

Booking my service was quick and easy - the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, making everything straightforward and hassle-free. The service offered good value for money, and the location is ideal. It's just a short stroll into town, so I was able to enjoy a coffee while waiting for my car, which made the time pass quickly. I would 100% use Group 1 Volkswagen Altrincham again and would happily recommend them to anyone.
Great service, happy over all, but they did question the price I was quoted for the MoT Test, they said I would have to pay full price unless I could provide evidence of the quote from book my garage which I did.
