Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with Volkswagen Altrincham. We understand your frustration regarding the difference between the price quoted at the time of booking and the price presented by the garage. While all garages on our platform are responsible for maintaining their own pricing and ensuring that it is accurate and up to date, we appreciate that this situation has caused disappointment. To clarify, BookMyGarage does not set or control the prices displayed by our partner garages. However, we take reports of pricing discrepancies very seriously and will be feeding your comments back to Volkswagen Altrincham to ensure this matter is investigated and to help prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. We are sorry that the service you received did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with the garage for review.
Booking my service was quick and easy - the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, making everything straightforward and hassle-free. The service offered good value for money, and the location is ideal. It's just a short stroll into town, so I was able to enjoy a coffee while waiting for my car, which made the time pass quickly. I would 100% use Group 1 Volkswagen Altrincham again and would happily recommend them to anyone.
Great service, happy over all, but they did question the price I was quoted for the MoT Test, they said I would have to pay full price unless I could provide evidence of the quote from book my garage which I did.
