Carried out a service and inspection and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Also gave my car a wash and vac after. No hesitation to use this garage again.

As always, they were quick and efficient. Any work needed was sent by email with a quote for the work to be done. And, even better, the price they quoted was the price I paid. No hidden extras. I would thoroughly recommend. They may not have all the amenities that people these days seem to expect ( e.g. waiting room with free c9ffee etc), but the quality of the workmanship is s3cond to none

Job carried out as promptly and as booked, with the video of the visual health check of the car being really thorough and well described by the technician working on the car. Good value for money for a main dealer, but the dealership felt more "cold and efficient", rather than "warm and welcoming", particularly when interacting with a couple of staff who were not part of the "service reception" team.

Quick, friendly and excellent quality work

I needed MOT, service, tyres and brakes doing, was shown I could book it all online with prices and everything shown and lots of convenient, available times, dropped car off in the morning and was kept up to date with what was going on and when I could collect my car, all work carried out to a very high standard, will definitely be using this garage for everything from now on.

Parking is an absolute nightmare when trying to drop off the vehicle, and even worse when trying to collect. It's like a giant Jenga puzzle trying to get in and out. I have to assume that the oil and filter have been changed, I say that because they've not reset the oil life indicator which still shows 11%

I have repeatedly used Bennett's for fault finding and now for MOT and servicing. I find their standard of work to be excellent, their pricing reasonable and their level of service is really good. I know very little about car mechanics and never feel that I'm talked down too, but always have everything fully explained.

Van was booked in straight away. Very good communication, very friendly staff. And a comfortable waiting room.

Originally booked direct with dealer. Found same dealer through book my garage. Cancelled original, got date earlier than directly. 36 hrs before due to attend Dealer rang and cancelled due to no MOT availability but could fit me in 4 days after my original date direct with dealer.
