Hi Maria thank you for bringing this to our attention yes we are a garage in a unit on a farm industrial. Also this is a third party site that sends us the work it does advise for you to advise with the garage which if you had have done I would have sent you to the mot station that we would have confirmed and booked at a convenient time and day for you sadly there was a malfunction with the confirmation that I never received so all we can do is apologies for that. If you would like we could offer you a 20% discount of a full service to apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. Many thanks Kurtis
