Diagnostic Check in Redditch

Really pleased with the service from S&J. First time using a mobile mechanic and it was really straight forward and the work done was great. You have yourself a new long term customer.

The mechanic turned up on time, was very polite and did the job in good time. I have used this company for 4 years and will use them next year. Thank you again.

I have used S&J autos for 2 years running for my car being serviced. I have been happy on both occasions with the service provided and have also recommended to my partner who has also used them.

Quick easy and good value

Had a service and MOT on our Qashqai. Great Value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Polite, quick service from friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend

The staff are super friendly and went out of there way to accommodate my needs. Kerry, in particular, deserves a special mention. She went above and beyond to make sure I came away happy. I was kept up to date throughout the day and the car was ready for collection when they said it would be. I did pay for a car clean - inside and out - but the interior hadn't been touched. To be fair, the exterior hadn't been washed for some time, so cleaning that probably took them long enough.

Main dealer deal for a service and MOT which beat most local independent garages. Booking and communication were good and the day was seamless. Took about 2 and a half hours for the work to be done. Service reception staff were helpful and happy. Will use Vertu again.

Fantastic communication through Ford staff and efficient service!

Sam was very efficient and informative, will be a returning customer. Highly recommend !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had my car serviced and MOT'd, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sam was brilliant from start to finish, really friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent customer service and a hassle-free experience.

From the time of booking for work to be done on my car, they kept in touch. They advised me of the work that was being done and then have me the time for collecting the car. Discussed the work done again when I collected the car. I will use them again when my MOT is needed or any other problems that arise. They were recommended by family and I could see why.

Welcoming, friendly, helpful and very good value for money....Will be using again

Yes hopefully especially Simon

I had left my MOT late . The team put my mind at rest and fitted me in. They were very flexible.

Very helpful friendly did a thorough job on my car I was recommended by my work colleagues very good choice they will be my number one garage now Thankyou guys x

Fantastic service , great price, thoroughly recommend this great family run buisiness

Marcus and his son Kieran are very honest, fair, experts at their job. I had a service. As I live local to them they picked up my car from my house and brought it back after. They are very fairly priced. Will keep you informed if your vehicle has any problems. Highly recommended would not go anywhere else.

I have brought my vehicle here for years and they are the most reasonably priced, friendly and great at what they do. I won’t go anywhere else.

These guys really know their stuff. brought my car in with a faulty that other garages didn’t know what to do and they knew the problem and fixed it straight away and a very good price. Thanks.

Helpful staff and worked hard to Complete on time. Good MOT and advice.

I called Skoda Electric, left two messages with contact details, they never called back. Called Skoda Johnson’s after booking through your website, for 21 July. They phoned up next day to say, can’t do that day. We have nothing till 3 August, 4 days after my MOT. Quick check, they were still advertising slots every day in July. Also the cost - a simple oil change, around £200. Also said we can do interim service including diagnostics. Why the latter if no fault - just sales talk. £255 - rip off.

Highly delighted with service. Vehicle collected and returned to me MOTd, serviced and cleaned. Staff were knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The garage dealt with the Major Service very efficiently with an in formative video showing the inspection of my vehicle. The staff were very helpful and kept me informed. The only irritation was fact that they were unable to carry out MOT on same day as service which meant I had to book it separately at another garage which was very inconvenient!

.

obviously as it’s a main dealer it costs a bit more but it’s worth the price they make you a video showing any issues the car has and the tyre treads and break wear very good service

Booked my car in for a quote on blockage in the drains on the sunroof. Arrived first thing and the woman on reception could not find the booking on my name or registration number. Another woman found it no problem. Original woman went to see service manager. Never asked any questions or inspected car. Was quoted hour and half labour @ £165 per hour plus VAT total £300. If not fixed it would be a complete strip out of interior @ 3.5 hours. Refused went to my VW dealer. Sunroof service. £60 inc
