Was advised to rebook to get handbrake fixed when I collected my car , at an extra cost of 80 pounds , Paid extra 40 pounds to have the engine flushed so total cost was 366

MoT due on 14 Feb and given the option of leaving car all day on the 9th Feb, thereby stranding me 7 miles from home, pay £30 for a loan car or wait for an appointment whereby I could wait on 19th March. To cap it all they practised the art of "upselling" a product to reduce emissions the name of which was undisclosed. Owned VW cars for nearly 40 years but this one will be my last.
