I booked online for an MOT and service and was contacted by phone a short while later to confirm the booking. On the day I was greeted by friendly staff. I needed some work doing for the car to pass its MOT. The garage phoned to inform me and said they could complete the work that afternoon. They called when the car was ready to collect. The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly and efficient. I have used this garage for a number of years and will continue to do so in the future.

A collection/drop-off service would have made things even easier, but it was no problem sorting this myself. Would definitely recommend and use the garage again.

Oil and filter change service booked for the morning of the 11th. Four-hour wait; no updates, explanations, or apologies.The guy who finally got the job done complains that he wasn't supposed to do it. (And does this make any difference to the customer, sorry)?They asked me to make the payment to a private account, claiming they couldn't find the company's details.You need to specifically request the official tax invoice, because they only gave me the pro-forma invoice.I am not coming back

Booked through MyGarage at a price of £135 for full service and MOT at the Liverpool branch. Time slot just said AM so I dropped the car off at about 9.15am to be told very rudely I should’ve been there at 8.30am with the car and I might not be able to be fitted in that day. After some back and forth the car was serviced and had its MOT done that day. My dad picked the car up for me but was charged over £100 more than the price quoted on my garage. Still waiting for refund and communication.

Shocking service at VW Johnsons Derby Rd. Herd customers in for 8:30am with no individual slots. Zero contact for 6 hours, then pressured me to buy tyres for an MOT they hadn’t even started, trying to hold my car for days. Phoned at 4:53pm; took 25 mins to get keys back. Wasted a full day of annual leave. Final paperwork is pure fiction: wrong model/spec, and logged a false mileage drop of 11,000+ miles on the VW central database, creating a massive vehicle history red flag. Avoid.

She is manager Liverpool not very helpful. Wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. Paid for the full service and got half of service by not filling my break tubs up with brake fluid not good.

I’m happy to join that service its fast repair and check. Overall is good. P.S. Added, I noticed that some sound come from the bottom of vehicle when I turn the steer wheel and slowing halted vehicle. Could you tell whether normal sound after changing the new parts absorber.

Firstly, great communication and flexible with booking. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can view your vehicle being worked on via a TV screen in a very comfortable and clean waiting area with provided drinks. The work that was done was done very professional and thoroughly checked. I highly recommend this garage for anything that your car needs doing. The price was spot on and I will be going here from now on. Thanks guys.
