The quality of service was great as expected. On the day of the service, Darko served me. He was most professional and pleasant to deal with. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my queries. The only improvement on this ocassion could have been communication ahead of the service, as I had to follow up directly with Renault to get an exact time. In the past, they would contact me to confirm time once I booked on bookmygarage. Other than that, five stars.
Avoid. Car was dropped on Fri 9:30 needed a new tyre to pass the MOT. 1:30 Sat I still hadn’t heard back. I called they said service centre shut. I complained and picked up my car. They asked me to leave card details to pay on Monday. No issue there. They called for payment Mon. They fitted a summer tyre, but I have cross climate. This is not recommended. I’m not paying for it, but need to know how to proceed. Tried to call and email. No response. Now I need To go to trading standards
I requested for my sensors to be checked and they cancelled the appointment saying they do not have the equipment to do so and i needed to go to the manufacturing franchise to get it done. they can only do Dacia/Renault diagnostics.
