The team were really helpful and accommodating, efficient with their service and really supportive and communicative regarding some repair work they were able to highlight and cost for me. I'd spoken to a few garages regarding the issue, and Wrights were by far the most transparent.

The appointment was easy to make through the online booking agent, communication between myself and the garage was good leading to an agreed time and day. on arrival I was greeted by the owner who explained what they were going to do and sat me in a comfortable waiting room, on completion I was issued with a detailed receipt and my service book stamped. I recommend this local garage and will use again next year.

I cannot recommend Alan at Barracks Garage highly enough. He is sincere, honest, reliable and someone I have complete faith in when it comes to looking after my cars. Alan always makes time to take a look when I have a problem and, most importantly, I know I can trust what he tells me. Air conditioning re-gas on Peugeot 208, though improved cooling very slightly, nowhere near to what it should be and in comparison to my ford Puma. Unfortunately would not use their services again.

I would not use bookmygarage again , the garage rung me and were very nice he explained that he could not do the service for the price on the internet and he did not know were you had got you price from , bookmygarage I would not recommend to anybody.

All happy with the vehicle service and fitting my car in quickly. The only negative points were that I was quoted for a major service but when I turned up, I was not booked in (the garage still fitted me in) and when I said that the car was here for a major service and the price, the mechanic said that they couldn't do the major service for that price. I then requested a full service but that ended up costing me over £100 more than the original quotation due to the car having 2 fuel filters.

Called to find out where they were and was told their availability is subject to them confirming. Claimed they contacted me to offer an alternative date they were free but no missed calls or emails so who knows who they contacted if at all ! Rang around local garages and managed to book same day service and at a cheaper price
