I was very pleased with my experience at Eden Mazda. The staff were very polite and helpful. I was offered a complimentary hot chocolate in a real cup (not paper). The price was very competitive. The MOT and service were carried out very promptly - no hanging around for hours. They provided a complimentary vehicle health check and even provided a video showing the underside of the car and the tyre tread depths.

My first time with Eden Mazda for an MOT and service will definitely not be my last. Everything ran smoothly in double quick time and my car was returned to me with a complimentary wash and vac!

Had aircon top up. Staff very courteous and friendly. Didn’t wait long for appointment. Competitive price and ended up paying a little less than anticipated.

First time of using this company. All staff were pleasant and polite. My husband booked online and found it easy. Lots of parking available, which can be a problem at some garages.

Arrangements for delivery and collection went smoothly, with a reminder phone call the day before and when car was ready for colection. Items need in attention soon were identified. The oly change from previously was that a video of the initial safety check was not sent as it had been previous years, but as there were no problems, this did not bother me.

Booked XC90 into Vertu Volvo Taunton. Easy booking through BMG & confirmation of appointment. Received video walk round by Vertu Volvo technician highlighting what was checked and issues found - much appreciated. Comprehensive report provided & quick wash of my car - again appreciated. Overall very professional and value for money through BMG. Recommended.

Enjoyed our short wait for an Interim Service, the garage read my messages and notified me what they have done. Thank you for the simple service, service came with a video summary, a carwash and vac and easy to read invoice if additional work is required.

Really helpful mechanic

Took my car to have the air con re gased, they didn’t check if it needed doing or if the compressor that pumps the air con was working, just gased it and told me after that the compressor wasn’t working and it would cost £700 to put right, so wasted £75 and still have a warm car.

Booked online and the garage were amazing and extremely accommodating with us changing the times for the regas of my daughter’s air conditioning. Very kind, understanding and professional.

Fitted new clutch to my Mitsubishi asx 2011 1.8 diesel 4x4 109+miles. Awesome job👌. Drives like brand new again. Highly recommended.
