Johnson’s were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The member of staff that came with the booking paperwork abruptly stated that because I’d booked through Book My Garage the major service didn’t include all the items I thought I’d be getting even though they were selected on Book My Garage booking form. She told me in no uncertain terms that it nothing to do with Johnson’s and that I should take it up with Book My Garage. To add to that, she rudely told us to collect by 5pm if she didn’t call.
Not happy with Book My garage... I went to VW Solihull... They always give me goods service .. specially Dylan/Kirk.. they explained to me that you change your major service plan ( not happy) I thought I was getting the same major service ask I had from you 18 months Ago,not happy with BookedMyGarage.
