Helpful trustworthy staff, quick job, good price. Definitely would recommend.

Alot of work needed as a result but partly expected. Called me first and each element of the work was explained and competitive as usual.

Always a pleasure to deal with and great value and honest! Highly recommended!!

Helpful efficient and courteous - highly recommended! Thank you Paul 🙏

You always get a fantastic service from the guys at frontline. Excellent value, very professional, and all work is carried out to the highest standards. Use this place for all my car needs. Mot,service and any repairs..

I left an MOT late. Had a very limited time window. They understood, no fuss , clear communication and sorted me out in exactly the time window I needed.

Excellent service, started work on time as promised so was able to carry on with plans for the rest of the day, Thank you

I popped in for a recall to replace my Astra's driver airbag (a quick job and quicker than I expected!) I decided not to take advantage of the free beverages and glad I didn't as soon as I sat down I was being handed my keys back and on my way - I arrived a little early and left before my appointment time, excellent service with a smile!

Booked through a secondary site for my car’s full service. Great price and easy website to use. Definitely worth a look if you don’t want to pay extortionate rates for car services

No issues ready on time

Received a good service, kept informed at all times and great customer service

Booked MOT and added a wash and clean as offered as an extra for a very small price. Visual check also offered as a free extra. Dropped off keys via automated service/ key drop. Advised it would be ready for pick up by 5. Had a call at 4:45 saying all ready to pick up, and that I would receive a text to give me the opportunity to pay online. No info about MOT given, or any info about the visual check. Text received and duly paid and picked up keys but car hadn’t been cleaned (despite paying).

First class service at a very reasonable cost.

Overall good experience, although my 9am appt turned out to be a drop-off appt, which they changed to 8:45 and meant it could take until 5pm. Since I had to wait, I asked to get my car in ahead of others who were not waiting. Thankfully, they finished by 1pm. They used their own vehicle checklist instead of the 60-item one from BookMyGarage, so it was difficult to see that they carried out all required checks, but they assured me they did. I liked the technician video & complementary wash & vac

The staff were helpful and friendly they were informative from the beginning from on the phone booking through to the end.

Great service, very friendly

Excellent service! Took my car in for an MOT last week and the whole process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Friendly, reliable staff and transparent service. Highly recommend

Only had mot but service was good and staff were friendly enough

Booked in for MOT and service. Kept informed, easy to park up and ready to pick up in no time. Service was a great experience and reasonably priced. Will definitely go again next year.

The chap I dealt with, believe his name was Russ was once of the nicest, most informative people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Explained everything clearly and concisely and I will certainly be visiting again. Not to mention, my car feels fantastic post-service. I didn’t get the same of the chap who actually did the work on my car but thanks to him too.

My car had a full service but I can't really say anything about the quality of workmanship as I'm not a mechanic, however, I trust this garage to carry out the work efficiently and completely. Reception is very helpful and I can leave the car and walk home. Always a bonus.

Great service from paul dropped car off for full service around 9am everything was done by mid afternoon very friendly and helpful staff will definitely use them again

.

First time using Precision Auto, found them to be helpful and professional. Communication was good throughout. There was a minor misunderstanding with oil but honestly I thought the value for money was good and would happily use them again.

Very pleased mot and service was kept up to date ,very polite staff will recommend my family and friends

Smooth from start to finish

Service was completed very effectively for me. Got a call as soon as it was done and they were happy for me to come by later. Had one advisory which was also quoted to me for fixing which is a nice touch. Only issue which is minor was the clear plastic coverings to keep my interior clean were kept in the car along with the paper in the foot wells. Otherwise perfect service

Cancelled the booking without telling me or BMG, and lied about the reason (BMG got the real reason out of them) and decided they no longer want to service the area. Spent half an hour on the phone with them and passed around multiple people to find out it was cancelled. They also tried to blame BMG when it’s not their fault and didn’t care that they left me in a bad situation with nowhere else to go since they never mentioned it. Absolutely disgraceful experience.

Great speedy service. Communication was excellent and the price was very competitive. Would definitely recommend.

I was more than happy and will definitely use AA mobile mechanic again.
