Customers overwhelmingly praise this garage for friendly, helpful staff, clear and prompt communication, quick turnaround (often with short-notice slots), competitive prices and the option of a collection service or courtesy car. A small number of reviewers felt communication could be clearer, for instance over an online booking not being honoured, a service not completed on the day without updates, and a final bill that differed from the quote. One reviewer also reported a key fob issue after their visit, and parking was occasionally noted as tight.
Everyone at the garage was really helpful, the communication was especially good and I would absolutely recommend them.
Friendly and polite. My MOT was complete quickly. Very good price
Booked online but they didn’t contact me when I called they told me they don’t book through the online system so ended up with no mot

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear about the confusion with your booking and that this resulted in you being unable to arrange your MOT as planned. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to make a booking online only to be told that the garage does not accept bookings through the system. We will be in touch with the garage to gain further clarity on what happened and to help prevent similar issues in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain the quality and reliability of the service we provide. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, BookMyGarage

• Customer Drop-off. You take your vehicle to the garage and they give you a lift to where you need to go. You may need to make your own way back to the garage to collect your vehicle.

Some garages offer these services for free, while others may charge an additional fee.
