Customers consistently praise TMS for their friendly, professional staff and exceptional flexibility, with many highlighting how the team accommodates last-minute bookings and provides convenient collection and drop-off services. The garage earns strong marks for transparent communication throughout repairs, fair pricing (often significantly lower than competitors), and efficient turnaround times, with several reviewers noting thorough service checklists and diagnostic reports. One customer mentioned the forecourt was extremely busy with some car manoeuvring required, though the work was still completed within the estimated timeframe.
Everyone at the garage was really helpful, the communication was especially good and I would absolutely recommend them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear about the confusion with your booking and that this resulted in you being unable to arrange your MOT as planned. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to make a booking online only to be told that the garage does not accept bookings through the system. We will be in touch with the garage to gain further clarity on what happened and to help prevent similar issues in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain the quality and reliability of the service we provide. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, BookMyGarage
