“Improvement needed”

Had a service and mot on my car , first told the lads what needed doing before mot got ignored and they put car through mot and failed,on what I had told them , they apologise and I had to drop my car off the following day to sort out the problems, then got mot , 6days later had a penalty notice as one of the lads had drove my car up a wrong way street spoke to the boss and said they would pay , didn’t pay
