This garage does not perform MOTs; instead, they send vehicles to another location for that service. They advised me that I needed to replace the coil spring on my car. After replacing the coil spring and performing a full service, it took them four working days to return my vehicle. I find this garage to be irresponsible and would not recommend it to anyone. I spent £586 on these services.

Thank you for your review. It is really appreciated that you take the time good or bad to do this. However, I would like to state what happened with your vehicle rather than you telling people it took all that time you booked the car for MOTon the 6th of May to be done on Saturday, the 10th of May which in itself for Saturday we got you in. Now it is not our fault that your vehicle failed the MOT and the parts we needed we could not get on the Saturday. First thing Monday we ordered these parts and they were next day delivery came on the Tuesday we then had to get your car retested and could not until the Wednesday which we done the work and got your car road legal. Also as a gesture of goodwill, we delivered your car to your house at no charge to yourself

Honestly the best experience I’ve had with any car place in Northampton. They went above and beyond to help me sort my car, explained everything to me in detail and offered me knowledge so I knew what to look out for in future. Really well priced, definitely not the type of place to rip you off. Will be going here for all my future car repairs and recommending to every Tom, dick & Harry! 🤗 Not to mention I went there originally for one tyre repair but Adam showed me the damage to my other tyres
