I had my Mini in as it was due a service, on the day before my booking I got a call talking me through the process and what I should expect. The mechanic and the customer services advisor were friendly and explained things in a very clear way. I would go back again.

This is the best experience I've ever had when getting work done on my car. I was able to view the work being carried out from the clean, modern waiting room. Everything was explained in a way I understood and lots of advice was given. Simply Motoring is simply the best!
