Unfortunately, we had to abandon the MOT test because the vehicle did not meet the required criteria to safely carry out a full test, specifically due to the absence of coolant. Continuing under these conditions could have caused further damage to your vehicle. We also understand it was disappointing to learn there were additional issues that would have led to a failure, and that we were unable to carry out the necessary work on this occasion. That said,we recognise this should have been communicated more promptly, and we apologise for the delay and lack of clarity.
