This is standard practice to cover travel time and costs for appointments outside the immediate area. Apologies for any confusion regarding the pricing on my profile — this has now been corrected to ensure clarity going forward. When I left, you seemed satisfied with the service provided, so I’m a little surprised by the review. I’d like to clarify that my diary does not currently integrate with the BMG website, and unfortunately, this booking slipped through the net due to the high demand in my workload at the time. I sincerely apologise for the oversight. This is something I’ll be keeping a much closer check on going forward to prevent any future recurrence and ensure a smoother experience for all customers.
