Amazing service very friendly and good value for money easy to talk to and quick
Booked an aircon service online. No communication, had to chase them from an answer/ time. Ended up as “sorry we are fully booked”. Can’t understand how you can book online and not actually be booked in for the work you need. Very poor online booking system. Not very happy on being let down like this. Online booking system needs a lot of work to get working properly.

In addition to these notifications, every garage listed with us has access to their own garage portal, where they can view and manage all bookings made through our platform. We will be contacting the garage directly to discuss what happened and ensure they are reviewing and managing their bookings correctly to prevent situations like this from occurring again.
My car went for a service. The staff were excellent in both attitude and communication. So polite and helpful with everything I asked. Highly recommended.
