I have used the garage before directly with no issue. However, when I booked via BookmyGarage, WJ King advised me that whilst they could see the booking on line they did not get an email from BookMyGarage and were fully booked on my booking day, deferring me to the next day. Thankfully I was on holiday, but it was very frustrating. Somewhere along the booking route there was an error and I am unable clearly see who was at fault. Best to ring the garage after you book via BookmyGarage.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. A booking confirmation email was sent to the garage on 01/03/2026. In addition to email notifications, all garages on our platform have their own dedicated portal where they can view and manage every booking they receive from BookMyGarage. They are also able to manage their lead times through the portal. I’ll ensure your feedback is shared with the garage and address this with them.
All very polite and helpful staff. Not had any problems with the work carried out on full service and was advised on a tyre that will soon need replacing because it is starting to lightly perish. All in all good job done, thank you.
