Customers praise this garage for its friendly, honest staff, clear communication and quick, good-value MOTs and services, with many describing years of repeat visits and a trustworthy, family-like feel. A small number of reviewers mentioned that explanations of advisories could be clearer, that an online booking was cancelled at short notice, or that a seat adjustment issue on collection was not resolved to their satisfaction. These points were rare against a very consistent picture of efficient, helpful service.
