Thank you for your feedback and for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are pleased that your vehicle passed its MOT; however, we are sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the dash cam. Please allow us to clarify that, in line with DVSA MOT testing standards, recording during an MOT inspection is not permitted. For this reason, our tester disconnected the dash cam once we have moved the vehicle into the test bay. There was absolutely nothing to hide, and this procedure is carried out to ensure compliance with MOT testing regulations. We do apologies that the cables were not reconnected before your vehicle was returned. This was an oversight on our part, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can improve our service going forward. We value all customer feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
