Customers consistently describe friendly, professional staff, clear communication throughout the job, and prompt, high-quality work at competitive prices, with several also praising the collection and delivery service and complimentary wash. A small number of reviewers felt the price was a touch high, that the complimentary clean could be more consistent, or that phone queries were hard to get answered, so more reliable call handling and a breakdown of labour costs may be worth considering. Even so, the vast majority of feedback is warmly positive, with many saying they would return and recommend.
