We would like to clarify that, as explained to you over the phone today, a full service includes an oil and oil filter change, air filter , coolant top-up, screenwash top-up, and a general vehicle health check, including checks of the brakes and other key components. All our telephone calls are recorded, and the conversation can be referred back to if necessary to confirm what was explained to you. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your radiator. However, a service is a general inspection of the vehicle and does not guarantee that every existing or developing fault will be identified. The condition of components can also change over time. We stand by the work carried out and the explanation provided regarding the service. If you have any further concerns, we are happy to discuss these with you directly so that we can try to resolve the matter professionally

Thank you for your feedback. We can confirm that everything included in the Full Service was carried out, and all the work completed was listed on your invoice. The measurements you mention, such as tyre tread depth, CO percentage and coolant density, are not routinely recorded on our invoices unless there is a specific issue or they require attention. The invoice therefore provides a record of the service items that were completed. We appreciate your comments and hope this clarifies the matter.
