Westbere Garage continues to earn praise for its friendly, knowledgeable staff and great value for money, with the free collection and delivery service and clear communication during MOTs and services frequently highlighted as real highlights. Most customers describe the work as efficient, honest and reasonably priced, often returning year after year and recommending the garage to others. That said, a number of reviewers have reported booking or scheduling issues, including last minute cancellations or appointments not being honoured, and a small number mention slow communication or delays when the garage gets particularly busy, so there may be room to tighten up diary management and keep customers updated during peak periods.
