“Deeply disappointing and costly error”

Cutting to the chase, before my timing chain cover had even been removed to establish the true cause of my fault, the garage simply told the warranty company there was ‘a leak’, leading to my claim being rejected. Days later, after proper inspection, it became clear the damage should have been covered. Instead of supporting me, they seemed more interested in protecting themselves — which speaks volumes about West Heath.
