As others have said booked with “ book my garage “….only to receive no conformation from them at invicta……then they say have no mot specialist on duty the day u arrive…..not organised at all….

We can confirm that a booking confirmation email was sent to the garage on 19/05/2026, followed by a reminder email on 20/05/2026. In addition, all garages on our platform have access to a dedicated portal, which allows them to view and manage their bookings efficiently. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and this is not the level of organisation we expect from our partner garages. We will be contacting the garage directly to ensure they are making full and effective use of these tools going forward, to help prevent this happening again. Happy with the service
Cheap for service but overall not the best, no contact to me to say it was booked i had to call, then when I dropped it off on Monday said I would pick up on the Tuesday they did service on Tuesday instead so had to collect later then expected on Tuesday and no wash or hover on a full service this is always a touch i like and only return to places that provide this level. Also book wasn't stamped had to go back in and very unorganised and over stimulated whe we collect as per ladies words herse
