Customers consistently praise the friendly, professional staff, clear communication, photo evidence of any issues and fair pricing, with quick turnaround and no pressure to approve extra work. Many describe it as trustworthy and say they would return. A small number felt the price for an older car could be eased with cheaper parts options, and one would have liked a clearer collection time.
