I booked an MOT and full service through BookMyGarage with Volkswagen. VW’s service was great, but booking via BookMyGarage meant less was actually covered. Only a couple of items were replaced, while others were listed as advisories. If booked directly with VW, these would likely have been included. It felt misleading and not good value, so I wouldn’t recommend booking this way.

Happy with the work completed
Booked as an MOT and service deal. Secret garage until booked. Lots of seating in showroom. Coffee machine. Only big negative was no power points to plug lap top in to work. Staff super helpful and accommodating. Would use again
