Disappointed to receive text advising car was ready for collection at 17.02 only to receive a call 20 minutes later (whilst on way to garage) requesting car to be collected the following morning as the air filter replacement was still to be completed. Internal communication needs remediating. Car was ready by 09.00 the following morning.
