Most reviewers describe friendly, smooth and good-value service, with several recommending the garage and praising the communication. A small number raised concerns, such as delays to drop-offs and collections, a promised video or checklist not arriving without a follow-up, and a waiting area that could be kept better stocked and cleaner. With a 4.6 average across 126 reviews, these issues appear to be occasional, though clearer updates on timings and paperwork may benefit some customers.
