Happy with the service I've received today,I also like the new way of arriving and been able to log my car in for it's service then leave the key in a secure box.

Service carried out in timely manner, however, was told over the phone a list of works that needed doing to my car over the phone - I asked if this could be sent in an email as I wouldn’t remember it all was told yes of course when I went to collect my car I still hadn’t had an email nor was given anything that stated the works that needed doing I reminded the lady who was handing the car over to me and she said she would make sure it was sent and I still haven’t received anything.

Fantastic value for money. They say if it seems too good to be true, then it is. And I was sceptical to say the least, however my fears proved to be unfounded. Everything was first class as one would expect with a main dealer offer, with a video plus narrative provided by the mechanic that serviced my car to keep me updated. Book My Garage proved to be the real deal. Thank you to all concerned.
