Holly the receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile, she explained all about the service details and any faults would be pointed out, a video was taken of my car which l thought was great, this explained in detail via video the under side of the car, tyre inspection exhaust, shock absorbers, throughout my morning spent l found all staff friendly and respectful. I was asked if l wanted the car washing…. Yes please…… they even hoovered the interior, very impressed. Good work VW

Very happy with service and quality although they would not fill in the service book Wich left me very disappointed as we now don't have a full service history.
