Booked in my mot and then realised I had double booked a holiday, they were happy to keep it safe so I didn't need to reschedule. Offered a variety of payment options and had really clear communication from them throughout. When I went to pick it up, there was a small wait where I was offered a hot drink and biscuit! Have been there before and will definitely return again! Thank you!

The booking process and communication prior to my MOT were good, however I am unsure why I was asked if I’d be staying with the car or leaving it. I selected wait with the car & informed reception of this. Unfortunately after 3hrs of waiting I requested an update to be advised that car had passed the MOT but staff had failed to inform me!
