Car was due for MOT and service. Book My Garage gave me a list of possibilities. Vertu weren't the cheapest, but there was a courtesy car available, so I went for it. Admitedly, the extra work of sorting out the rear window washer added to the expense, but I was expecting that.

MOT booked - a non Honda vehicle . They gave multiple reminders/confirmations and were flexible with pick up time. Excellent service on collection, there was a wait so they provided biscuits and coffee and a sit down. They provide a free wash and vac even with just MOT, which was excellent actually. Like that you can communicate online. In fact they give a free video of their car health check (whilst it’s on the ramp) by email too. Would 100% use again based on service received.
