Customers overwhelmingly praise this garage for friendly, professional staff, clear communication and quick turnaround, with several reviewers mentioning that extra repairs flagged during an MOT were completed the same day at a reasonable cost. A small number of reviewers felt updates could have been more proactive, with MOT timings and finished work sometimes needing a chase, and an occasional comment suggested that labour pricing may be higher than at some other local garages. Handling of MOT advisories and fails may also benefit from clearer explanation, as raised by one or two customers.
