In the motor trade it always seems difficult to find and trust a car business. Valley Autos (Midlands) limited are small enough to care, yet big enough to have the knowledge and experience to trust. They make sure they keep you updated with all works including costs throughout the time your vehicle is with them. They explain in a helpful way any issues, and their recommendations to resolve the problem. Reputation is everything, this company knows this, so the service to us the customer is A1.

Booked Pre-MOT, MOT & Major Service on 12 June 2025. Was told a tyre was damaged but couldn’t take car to Halfords (under warranty) without repaying MOT fee. Felt pressured, allowed them to replace it for £75 with no warranty. MOT failed, then passed next day. Halfords later said old tyre was fine (6mm tread). Disappointed as Pre-MOT didn’t help avoid failure, and I lost warranty. Sharing my honest experience, not to defame anyone.
