Good evening Agnes. I am sorry we we have fallen short of your expectations on this occasion. Regretfully we have had to implement a surcharge of £18.50 on vehicle services requiring any Oils. This is only a temporary measure during the crisis in the middle east. We have managed to swallow the cost of the oil increase since the crisis began and this has affected us hugely. As we have now seen oil barrel prices increase to over 150% of the normal price we were left with no option to implement this small surcharge on a temporary basis and will remove it as soon as prices stabilise. It is far from ideal we know but regretfully a necessity in these challenging times. We have displayed this across our reception area and are explaining this to all customers face to face in store but we are unable to implement a temporary increase on the website you booked on ( who also charge us for you making the booking through them). Again, please accept our apologies for your inconvenience.

Hi. I think there has been some confusion. For some reason we were sent a reminder email from the company you booked through which we thought was a new booking for you. Your Original booking was in the diary but when you called to confirm this we said we couldn't accommodate the new booking. On the call we realised there had been a duplicate and explained this to you and said actually it was no issue and your booking was in fact in the diary from the original booking and we'd see you Saturday. We did wait for you on Saturday but have you down as not attended. Apologies if there was some confusion but I can confirm your booking was indeed made and booked in for Saturday just gone. I do hope you managed to get in somewhere else at short notice
