Thank you for your email I appreciate your frustration regarding this situation, especially as we understand how important it is to secure an MOT appointment To clarify the timeline, we received your booking request on 02/03 at 11:33am. After reviewing availability, we replied by email at 12:25pm the same day to advise that unfortunately we did not have any MOT appointments available for that date. It is important to explain that this platform does not have direct access to our live workshop diary, and bookings made through their platform are booking requests rather than confirmed appointments. Availability shown on their system is estimated and still requires confirmation from the garage before it becomes a confirmed booking. We understand this can be confusing, particularly where their confirmation wording suggests otherwise. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, but we do always aim to respond as quickly as possible when requests are received — as we did in this case.
