Everything was satisfactory. Able to sit in the office for the hour of the Mot,acceptedthe offer of a new tyre at a decent price.

Mot & Service, had to wait around when I arrived for someone to book car in, told me car would be ready for 3pm but it wasnt, even though they had no extra jobs to do, rang them for time to collect but couldnt give me a time and said ring back later, that was at 3.20pm. Then on my way home on the motorway a panel under my engine dropped off like it hadnt been re attached properly. This is now damaged and needs replacing. So the £50 i saved going here is going to cost me a lot more now.
