TrustFord Belfast - Newtownards Rd

From the moment I booked the car in until I picked the car up the service was of a high standard couldn't fault any process. I would strongly recommend trust ford to family and friends.

Great service

Difficult to say if a good job was done. Phone call to say oil changed, and back window wiper to be sorted by myself. When I received paperwork to say what was amber, unsure if this was stuff was fixed or not as the numbers for costing didn't add up to what I paid, and I wasn't offered for it to be done. You also have to bother staff to be seen as despite the number on desks no one seems to be allocated to meet customers. Have also been told by a number of people since I paid far too much.
