TOWN & COUNTRY GARAGE SERVICES

This garage got me out of a hole when let down by a big chain. That was a few years ago and I have used them ever since. Reliable good service and advice. Nothing to criticise at all.

we found out at short notice we needed an MOT and Town and Country were available with short-notice appointments. The communications and drop off were easy and car was ready as promised before the end of day. Thank you!

I was quoted £193.79 for a Full Service by BookMyGarage. Actual final cost was £313.92. This figure was presented after the work was completed with zero communication beforehand regarding increase in cost. When I questioned it, I was told that BookMyGarage gave me the wrong figure and that I should have been suspicious that it was 'too cheap'. I offered to split the difference and both take a £60 hit. To date this offer has not been accepted. Instead a free MOT was offered which is no use to me.
