After booking service and MOT I got a message from the garage to say they were short staffed and couldn’t offer my service or MOT. Why have the dates available to book on the website if you don’t have enough staff?

It is correct that we cancelled your booking for the afternoon of the 14th September 2023, you never had a confirmed booking, just a request. We asked to re-arrange the booking but you declined. The booking came in as a request on Friday 12th September 2023 at 12.37pm, this is a request and not a confirmed booking, the system clearly showed we had a lead time of 10 days and this is kept up to date by myself. I do appreciate reviews as long as they are honest and factual, sadly your review does not give the honest facts.
