Customers consistently praise this garage for quick, friendly and professional service, with many highlighting clear communication, helpful updates (often including photos or videos of issues found) and fair, transparent pricing. MOTs, servicing and repairs are frequently described as well done and completed promptly, even at short notice. A very small number of reviewers raised problems, such as unexpected extra charges and a missed car collection with little contact, so communication around bookings and additional work may occasionally benefit from tightening up.
